Fine Art is one expression of my appreciation for the beauty to be found in this world.  The golden Palouse Country and the Blue Mountains that surround my studio in the Walla Walla Valley of Washington State provide rich inspiration for painting.  Travel has also significantly influenced my painting, including New England, China, Greece and the Tuscany of Italy.

Art instruction has been in specifically selected classes and workshops by instructors including Joyce Anderson, Caroline Buchanan, Clark Elster, Alan Flattmann, Richard McKinley, Judy Treman, John Ursillo and Madlyn-Ann Woolwich.

Art memberships, juried shows, solo and group shows have included the Eastern Washington Watercolor Society, Carnegie Art Center, Northwest Sisters in Art Society, and the Northwest Pastel Society.
