Art-Exchange gives 24/7/365 exposure for its Artist Members by hosting listings of available works on the Company’s website. We search and submit artwork to designers, dealers, collectors and galleries who are in need of pieces for their clients. Art-Exchange provides custom presentations, featuring various artists members, which match our buyers' specified criteria to suggest available works and suggestions for commissioned works. Art-Exchange also submits some artists, with exceptional quality work, to major art publishers for consideration.
In addition, Art-Exchange offers various "pay-per" marketing services to artists such as featured placement on our website, viral marketing campaigns, inclusion in our new electronic sourcebook collection, Art Solutions, gallery shows and more. Art-Exchange also provides free, useful information to artists on topics such as "How to Write a Compelling Bio" and "How to Seek Gallery Representation". Below is a list of services we offer, including our free listings packages and pay services, descriptions and pricing. In addition to individual services, we offer our Artist Marketing Plans (AMP!) which bundle services at a discounted rate.
Listing Packages
An art listing is posting artwork on the art-exchange website so it is able to be viewed, searched and purchased directly online. Art Listings not only allow buyers to search and find your artwork but they also make your works available for any custom recommendations and presentations we do for our clients. Listings are a great way to start or expand your online presence. There are two types of listing services we offer: Self Service and Full Service.
- Self Listings: The artist is provided an account and log in information so they may post their own artwork images and details. The package includes the number of listings purchased along with a picture of the artist and a biography section. Some self listing packages are available at no cost, please see details about our AMP! program below.
- Full Listings: For those artists who are not as computer-friendly, or just simply do not have the time, we offer Full Service Listings. The listing packages include the number of listings purchased along with a section for the artist’s picture and biography. On self listings the bio is “as provided by the artist” while on full listings we will assist the artist, if needed, to improve the bio at no additional charge. The seller will be provided with instructions and forms to submit the necessary information. The artist’s obligations are to send us their images and completing the art description forms which are provided to you.
Viral Marketing
The “Intro to Viral Marketing” service is an exciting new opportunity enabling the artist to link social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and You Tube to the artist’s bio page on Art-Exchange.com. This service includes the following Features and Benefits:
- Creation of a video featuring up to 10-images; suitable for use on social networking sites.
(AVI format) *Only one artist’s works per video allowed.
- Up to 5 links within your art-exchange biography to your personal or fan pages.
- Space on art-exchange.com to list the artwork in the video (up to 10 artwork listings – Self Listings Only)
- Art-Exchange may at our discretion upload the artist’s video to our YouTube Channel and our Corporate Face Book Page where you may then link and share the content.
- The artist receives a link to the video and may initiate a Viral Campaign of his/her own wherein the artist e-mails the link to the artist’s personal contacts with the request to share (thus viral).
- Artist must grant “all rights” to use artist’s material for this purpose. Once the works go viral there is no way to “get it back”.
- Artists should note this product “never goes away” but remains working in cyberspace theoretically forever!

URL/Web Link
URL Link: “URL” stands for “uniform resource locator”, which is a techno-nerd way of saying “website address”. The Features and Benefits of this product are the participating artists may place a URL Link in their bio allowing viewers to go from an artist’s bio posted on Art-Exchange directly to the artist’s own website. No website likes for eyeballs to leave the website and go to another. We believe we exist to sell art thus anything promoting this activity is encouraged.
New Artist Feature
The new artist page promotes 4 artists and it is updated monthly. The featured artists receive a bio page with picture and 4 images that will automatically rotate with links to their bio page and other available works. Artists can not be featured if they do not have their images and listing information into the Artist Support Group by the 15th of the month prior to their feature promotion.

Marquis Promotion
Up to four artists can be presented on the front page of the web site. Each artist posts 4-images of their choosing (subject to approval). Each artist must have their works listed on our site prior to being featured. The Features and Benefits of participating in the Marquis Product is 800,000 Unique Visitors monthly land on this Home Page and thus your art will be seen.

Search Page Highlight
Artwork highlighted on the search page is prominently displayed in a large area on the left side of the screen for 1 month. Artwork featured in this campaign is displayed in an animated rotation, so multiple artists’ works are typically seen while a person thinks about their next art search. Artwork may be cropped or zoom focused for best attention getting display. The Features and Benefits of purchasing the Search Page Highlight is 700,000 Unique Visitors land on this page and due to the nature of the Search Page…they are initiating an art search or purchase. E-Book - Art Solutions:
Art Solutions is a new e-Book collection designed to satisfy the need among architects and designers for original art. Each eBook within the collection features just one artist and is available as a separate download which makes sharing your artwork with clients convenient. Ebooks are designed to be electronic sourcebooks. They can be viewed on PC and Mac computers, some modern cell phones, all of the latest “tablet” devices such as ipad, as well as many hand held reading devices.
When completed Art-Exchange will market Art Solutions tour designer customers, approximately 3000, to ASID, approximately 40,000 members; and to the Top 200 Design Firms. The Company is actively seeking suitable artists to present 10-20 pieces each via Art Solutions to this important design segment. Works by each artist will be presented along with picture of artist and brief bio. Works will be priced at retail but feature a 25% discount to the trade.
Once this campaign to designers is complete Art-Exchange will direct a marketing campaign to Dealers suggesting these dealers review the product offering to seek new artists for gallery shows (there are approximately 4500 galleries and 6600 dealers of significance). All inquiries from galleries or dealers will then be directed to the artist who must come to his/her own conclusion about whether to allow the inquiring gallery to represent the artist’s works.
